The osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs. A BMSCs were cultured in scaffolding solution for 7 and 21 days. Alkaline phosphatase and alizarin red S staining were detected with a scanner. (scale bar = 100 μm). B Bone marrow MSCs were cultured in a P/T/S20 scaffold solution containing P/T/S20 for 14 days. Expression of stromal gene mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. mRNA levels were normalized according to the level of the β-actin reference gene. Data are means of triplicate analyses.
