Elevated KCNQ10T1 accelerates osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs via sponging miR-19a-3p. A Overexpression efficiency of miR-19a-3p mimic was detected by RT-qPCR assay. Then the BMSCs were cultured in osteogenic medium and transfected with pcDNA3.1-KCNQ1OT and miR-19a-3p mimic, B the cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. The positive mineralized nodules were stained by ALP (C) as well as Alizarin Red (D). E The apoptosis rate was measured by flow cytometry.
