KCNQ1OT1 overexpression promoted the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs. A Overexpression efficiency of pcDNA3.1-KCNQ1OT1 was detected by RT-qPCR assay. Then the BMSCs were cultured in osteogenic medium and transfected with pcDNA3.1-KCNQ1OT, B the cell viability was detected by CCK-8 assay. The positive mineralized nodules were stained by ALP (C) as well as Alizarin Red (D). E The apoptosis rate was measured by flow cytometry.
