Carbamazepine inhibited cell activity and osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. A BMSCs were treated with CBZ, cell activity was detected by MTT. ALP activity (B) detection and ARS staining (C) were used to check osteogenic differentiation ability. Scale bar = 100 µm. The expression of Runx2, ALP, Osx, OCN and Collagen I was detected by RT-qPCR (D) and WB (E). The measurement data were presented as mean ± standard error. All data were obtained from at least three replicate experiments. *p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001
