Grade I

Fused with remodeling and trabeculae present

Grade II

Graft intact, not fully remodeled and incorporated, but no lucency present

Grade III

Graft intact, potential lucency present at top and bottom of graft

Grade IV

Fusion absent with collapse/resorption of graft
