Pre-treatment with nesfatin-1 improved the cytoskeleton integrity by blocking of RhoA/ROCK pathway by immunofluorescence staining of F-actin and G-actin in OA chondrocytes. The quantifications of mean fluorescence intensity were analyzed by ImageJ.
