Validation of top 10 hub genes in dataset GSE113253. Expression levels of PPARG (B), FASN (D), CEBPA (G), ADIPOQ (H), FABP4 (I) and LIPE (J) were significantly upregulated in adipogenically differentiated cells. Expression levels of IL6 (A) and CCL2 (C) were significantly downregulated in adipogenically differentiated cells. There were no statistically significant differences in the expression levels of SREBF1 (E) and SCD (F) between undifferentiated MSCs and adipogenically differentiated cells
