A 35-year-old male patient with left calcaneal malunion for 14 months was treated with Y-shaped calcaneal osteotomy and subtalar arthrodesis. A, B At the last follow-up, the calcaneal pitch angle, Böhler angle and talocalcaneal height were significantly improved compared with the values before the operation, and the osteotomy end and subtalar joint were osseously healed. C, D At the last follow-up, the calcaneal width and Hindfoot alignment angle were significantly improved compared with the values before the operation.
