GPCs autophagy was activated by CTS in a magnitude- and time-dependent manner. The protein levels of LC3-II, LC3-I, ULK1, ATG5 and BECN1 were measured by western blotting. GAPDH was used as an internal control and served to normalize the results. A Chondrocytes were subjected to CTS at different magnitudes for 2 h.
