Transiliac–transsacral (TITS) screw navigation for pelvic ring fracture. The guide wire was inserted into the starting point on the fracture side using intraoperative CT navigation and Universal Cannulated Screw Set (UCSS, Medtronic) (a). The arrow indicates Universal Cannulated Screw Set. Under fluoroscopy and navigation, we confirmed that the guide wire was inserted into the iliac sacrum. We inserted the Transiliac–transsacral (TITS) over the guidewire (b).
