A 54-year-old male with L4-5 spinal canal stenosis, who was treated with percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion and percutaneous pedicle screw fixation. C Postoperative lateral radiograph shows excellent screws and cage location with improved disc space height.
