Intraoperative presentation of a 4-part valgus fracture in a 56-year-old female. A Humeral head was found impacted on the humeral diaphysis. Greater tuberosity (GT) and lesser tuberosity were found posteriorly and anteriorly to the humeral head. The conjoint tendon (Ct) is also identified.
