DKK1 inhibited OPG expression by periprosthetic membrane-derived fibroblasts treated with naringin. The fibroblasts were treated with 100 μM naringin in the presence or absence of 100 ng/ml DKK-1. a OPG mRNA expression was examined by real-time RT-PCR at 6 h, and b OPG in the supernatant were determined by ELISA at 24 h. The canonical Wnt pathway inhibitor DKK1 treatment could markedly attenuate the effects of naringin on OPG (ap < 0.001 versus control group; bp < 0.001 versus 100 μM naringin group)
