A 64-year-old man with metastasis of liver cancer to the 4th and 5th lumbar vertebrae. The Tokuhashi score was 3. Minimally invasive spine stabilization (MISt) without decompression (L2-S2AI) was applied. The operative time was 182 min, and blood loss was 152 ml.
