Preoperative radiographic lateral femoral bowing angle is 5.52 ± 4.56, 4.57, while the postoperative radiographic lateral femoral bowing angle’s average is 3.01 ± 1.99, 2.60. When flexion contracture and varus and valgus deformity are corrected through surgery, the average postoperative RLFB angle becomes significantly lower than the preoperative RLFB angle. The RLFB decreases after surgery, which further confirms that the larger RLFB angle is caused by flexion contracture and varus and valgus deformity
