Summary of model comparison SRM assay. Samples were annotated as either disease state (heterotopic ossification positive—HO+) or non-disease (ND) state (heterotopic ossification negative—HO−). Three different statistical models were utilized to analyze the SRM-MS data: random forest (RF; red line), generalized linear model (GLM; green line), and support vector machine learning (SVM; purple line). A non-disease state for HO− prediction was 0 (blue line left panel) and a disease state for HO+ prediction was 1 (blue line right panel). All three statistical models performed similarly
