Introduction of miR-375 counteracted the role of circ_0044235 in IL-1β-induced CHON-001 cells. (A) QRT-PCR assay was adopted for miR-375 level in CHON-001 cells. (B and C) The viability and apoptosis of CHON-001 cells were evaluated by CCK-8 assay and flow cytometry analysis, respectively. (D) The protein levels of Bax, Bcl-2 and cleaved-caspase-3 were measured by western blot assay. (E) ELISA was conducted for the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in CHON-001 cells.
