(A-B) OVX-BMSCs were transfected with lv-shNC or lv-shWNK1, then, qRT-PCR and Western blot were used to test WNK1 level. OVX-BMSCs were transfected with lv-CYLD or lv-CYLD + lv-sh-WNK1.
