(A) The segmental scoliosis angle (SSA) is the cobb angle between the lower endplate of the superior vertebral body and the inferior endplate of the lower vertebral body on the coronal X-ray film of the surgical segment. (B) The segmental lordotic angle (SLA) is the cobb angle between the superior endplate of the superior vertebral body and the inferior endplate of the lower vertebral body on the sagittal X-ray of the lumbar.
