Severe back pain in natural position and comfort with a support. When in natural standing or in natural walking without any support, patient could not maintain an upright position and would complain of a severe back pain (VAS > 5 score) (a, b, c, d). Using a walking aid, patient could walk freely and the severe back pain would disappear or significantly relieve (e, f)
