From: BARX1 promotes osteosarcoma cell proliferation and invasion by regulating HSPA6 expression
The function of Barx homeobox 1 (BARX1) depends on HSPA6. A/B Western blotting was performed to determine the efficacy of si-HSPA6. C/D HOS and MG63 cells were transfected with either BARX1 or si-HSPA6, and a CCK-8 assay was performed to detect cell proliferation. E/F A Western blot assay was performed on HOS and MG63 cells transfected with BARX1 or si-HSPA6. A Transwell assay was performed to detect cell invasion.
