Case 1: A 11-year-old men patient with ARCO III traumatic ONFH at right received the treatment of anterograde anatomy iliac bone flap transfer. A Preoperative radiograph of CT image: note the distinct flattening, clear necrosis and osteolysis. B–F The anteroposterior radiograph of the pelvis at 1 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months postoperatively: through the whole follow-up, round shape of femoral head is protected, with no progressive collapse and a well-preserved joint space. Iliac graft incorporates with the femoral head better with prolonged follow-up
