a Patient was placed into right lateral decubitus position for mini-incision OLIF and anterolateral screws rod fixation under general anesthesia. The target intervertebral space was positioned using b C-arm view. The spatula was inserted into intervertebral space to cut the contralateral fibrous annulus, which was confirmed by c X-ray image.
