STAT1 mediates the regulation of IL-11 on GPR84. A–C BMMs isolated from bone marrow were cultured in CM and treated with IL-11 or IL-11 neutralizing antibody. The protein levels of STAT1 and phosphorylated STAT1 and GPR84 were determined by western blotting assay (A) and quantification the protein levels were normalized to β-actin (B and C) (n = 3). D BMMs isolated from bone marrow were cultured in CM and treated with IL-11 or transfected with PCMV6-STAT1. The relative GPR84 level was determined by qRT-PCR (n = 3). Significant differences are indicated as *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 or ***p < 0.001
