Structure and components of the APWLP. It is a titanium alloy with a J-shaped integrated structure, an arcuate edge plate, and two locking plates. The arcuate edge plate is placed on the anterior edge of the acetabulum. The two locking plates are distributed in a J-shape to block or fix the quadrilateral surface. According to the placement trajectory on the pelvis, an APWLP was divided into three parts: the iliac region, the quadrilateral region, and the pubic region
