Transcriptome analysis identified the enriched genes in distraction osteogenesis. a Heat map of the differentially expressed genes in DO and BF sera exosomes. Exosomes from DO1, DO2, and BF2 sera were analyzed using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq). In these populations, major differences in gene expression were discovered.
