Analysis of the role of circAtp9b and miR-17-92a in the apoptosis of osteoblasts. Osteoblasts were treated with medium containing 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 μg/ml LPS was performed for 48 h to achieve LPS treatment, followed by the determination of the expression of circAtp9b (A), premature miR-17-92a (B) and mature miR-17-92a (C). Cell apoptosis assay was performed to explore the role of circAtp9b and miR-17-92a in the apoptosis of osteoblasts (D).
