The effect of treatment with glucose and insulin on myoblast proliferation and differentiation ability in AIS and control group. A Primary myoblast of AIS and control group were induced to differentiation for 5 days and stained for Myosin heavy chain (MyHC) and a nuclear stain (DAPI). Remarkably higher fusion index was observed in the treated control cells as compared with the untreated cells in the control group (n = 3/group).
