Gene expression of Wnt/b-catenin signal pathway components was analyzed by real-time PCR. The fibroblasts were treated with 100 μM naringin in the presence or absence of 100 ng/ml DKK-1 for 6 h. Transcription of a β-catenin and its target gene b cyclin D1, which participate in the Wnt signaling pathway, were upregulated by naringin treatment, and this upregulation was markedly attenuated by DDK-1 (ap < 0.001 versus control group; bp < 0.001 versus 100 μM naringin group)
