Naringin stimulated OPG secretion by periprosthetic membrane-derived fibroblasts. The fibroblasts were treated with naringin at various concentrations (50 μM, 100 μM, 150 μM) or in medium alone (control group) for 24 h. The levels of a RANKL and b OPG in the supernatant were determined by ELISA. Naringin did not increase RANKL secretion but enhanced OPG secretion in a dose-dependent manner (ap < 0.01, bp < 0.001)
