Case presentation of structural autograft with a bulk femoral head for THA. a A 51-year-old woman was diagnosed with DDH Crowe III on the radiograph of the pelvis preoperatively. b The radiograph of the pelvis after surgery immediately showed the rate of cup coverage was 95% and the leg-length discrepancy was 0.16 cm. c The radiograph of the pelvis at 1-year follow-up showed the interface between the graft and the host bone had been obscure and no aseptic loosening of the component. d The radiograph of the pelvis at 84-month follow-up showed incorporation of grafted bone and no aseptic loosening and migration of the component
