Overexpression of SNHG10 downregulated miR-218 through methylation. Overexpression of SNHG10 and miR-218 in U2OS and MG-63 cells were confirmed by RT-qPCR (a). The effects of overexpression of SNHG10 on miR-218 (b), and the effects of overexpression of miR-218 on SNHG10 (c) were also analyzed by RT-qPCR. MSP was performed to analyze the role of SNHG10 in regulating the methylation of miR-218 (d).
