The expression of SNHG10 and miR-218 was altered in OS. The expression of SNHG10 and miR-218 in paired OS and non-tumor tissues from 58 OS patients were determined by RT-qPCR. PCRs were repeated 3 times and mean values were presented. Correlations between SNHG10 and miR-218 across both OS (c) and non-tumor (d) tissues were analyzed by linear regression. ***p < 0.001
