The pooled results showed that patients in both groups experienced similar rates of anterior knee pain within 6 months (MD 2.12, 95% CI [0.3, 15.19], P = 0.45) and 1 year (MD 0.59, 95% CI [0.18, 1.94], P = 0.38)
