Tenogenic mRNA expression of T-MBCs (a) and BM-MSCs (b) exposed to TGF-β3. The peak expression of each mRNA differed slightly according to the culture time and TGF-β3 concentration. The collagen I to III ratio of T-MSCs increased regardless of TGF-β3 concentration, whereas the ratio in BM-MSCs decreased.
