Chondrocytes proliferation. In vitro, the cell viability of chondrocytes treated with IL-1β (10 ng/mL) togehter with different concentration of PRP-Exos and PRP-As were detected at different times(24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 120 h) by CCK-8 analysis. Quantitative data were presented as means ± standard deviations of three independent experiments, P < 0.05. Both PRP-Exos and PRP-As significantly promoted the proliferation of osteoarthritis chondrocytes induced by IL-1β, *P < 0.05. Beyond that, the effect of proliferation stimulated by PRP-Exos compared with PRP-As in the same protein concentration was significantly better (#P < 0.05)
