Downregulation of MIR4435-2HG effectively distinguished osteoarthritis patients from healthy controls. MIR4435-2HG in joint fluid was also measured by qPCR. It was observed that expression levels of MIR4435-2HG in join fluid were also significantly lower in osteoarthritis patients than in the control group (a). ROC curve analysis showed that downregulation of MIR4435-2HG effectively distinguished osteoarthritis patients from healthy controls (b). (*p < 0.05)
