TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 mRNA levels of THP-1-deprived macrophages were used for reverse transcription real-time PCR analysis at 24 h. M1 related gene iNOS, CCR-7 and M2 related gene CD206, CD163 were investigated. The expression levels were normalized to that of GAPDH.The data are presented as the mean ± SD. *p < 0.05
