Changes in the VAS, ASES, and tear size between BMAC-PRP and control groups are expressed as mean ± one standard deviation. The changes in the VAS and ASES scores were significantly different between groups at 3 months but not at 3 weeks. BMAC-PRP decreased tear size, but this decrement did not show significant difference compared to the control group
