Changes in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after surgery. The MRI scores of the three experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group at 1 and 6 months (*P < 0.01 vs. control group). At 6 months, the MRI score of the PLGA/fibrin gel implantation group was lower than that of the 16G puncture group or annulus trephination (# P < 0.05 vs. 16G puncture group or annulus defect group)
