One patient in group C. Posterior-only approach was performed in a 30-year-old female. ae The pre-operative imaging data showed significant T3–4 vertebral bodies’ destructions with mild kyphosis complicated with epidural and paravertebral abscess formation, and the spinal cord was severely compressed. The postoperative X-ray (f, g) indicated that the kyphosis got obviously improved; three-dimensional CT-scan (h) showed satisfied TMC and allograft fusion at 9 months of post-operation
