(A) Plain radiography performed on a 13-year-old girl; the apophysis excursion was visible covering approximately 40% of the iliac bone, and the patient was graded as Original Risser stage 2 and French Risser stage 1. (B) A 3D-CT image of the same patient; apophysis excursion was visible up to the posterior superior iliac spine and was graded as Original Risser stage 4 and French Risser stage 3.
