(C) The modulus (MPa) of the repair + CS specimens was significantly lower than that of the repair only specimens at 4 weeks (*p < 0.05). The modulus increased significantly in the repair only and repair + P407 specimens between 2 and 4 weeks. (D) Stiffness (N/mm) of the repair + P407 specimens was significantly higher than that of the repair + CS specimens at 4 weeks (*p < 0.05) and increased significantly from 2 to 4 weeks after surgery.
